Curious to pushing the boundary and renovating cakes into works of Art was a challenge that was intriguing.  Enrolling on a few courses taught me the basics, but setting myself goals of creation paved the way to revolutionising Designer Cakes.

Experimenting with creating works of art whilst balancing flavour was a task I relished.  Using only the finest ingredients and perfecting a fool-proof recipe, I let my imagination run wild completing with my artistic flair.  Creating bespoke unique designs that denote both quality and luxury, Slice of Couture was born.
